Harvey, Digital Learning and Institutional Resilience - Joshua Kim, Inside Higher Ed

From everything that I read it seems clear that extreme weather events will get more frequent, and more extreme, in the future. Wouldn’t it make sense to proactively plan to leverage our online learning infrastructure to keep residential learning going? Could we invest some of the funds that we should be spending on business continuity in online education?
