The current circumstances encompass online learning management for improving learners’ access to study materials at their convenience, anytime, anywhere. Hence, establishing effective teaching and learning management is a primary concern in facilitating academic growth for both students and teachers in HEI2. Therefore, online educational websites must prioritize learning management and pedagogical excellence to meet the growing need for effective e-learning platforms. Optimal e-learning environments are impeded by current platforms’ struggles with uncertainties and the absence of comprehensive assessment in traditional approaches3. The challenge is that traditional learning does not provide diverse learning resources and improve teaching techniques, which eventually impacts the learning outcome4 and raises uncertainty in making decisions. This highlights the role of online learning in higher education and its effectiveness in educational continuity, positive impact on learner’s performance in specific courses, and demonstrates a high success rate during online assessment5.
