Agentic AI startup Ema has released a report saying its small language model, EmaFusion, has outperformed other AI models in both cost and accuracy. Unlike typical models, which are single-strategy systems, EmaFusion uses a “cascading” judgment system that dynamically balances cost and accuracy. Users can also fine-tune the cost versus accuracy based on the demands of each task. Surojit Chatterjee, CEO of Ema, told AI Business that EmaFusion acts like a “task-aware brain” that can intelligently break down complex inquiries and direct them to the right AI model to solve.
