While learning and development professionals are at various stages of their journeys in using AI within their online learning platforms, one thing all people leaders agree on is that they must empower their employees with the skills and knowledge they need to face the challenges of tomorrow. A recent IDC report forecasts that generative AI will trigger a shift in human-delivered services for strategy, change and training and that 40 per cent of service engagements will include genAI-enabled delivery by 2025. There is a huge opportunity for L&D leaders to embrace AI as part of their online training solutions for improved learning experiences.
