The pandemic showed that humanity has the capacity to respond cooperatively when faced with global threats. Whether in the digital world or in the physical world, viruses can spread quickly and create a lot of disruption. Like the air we breathe, digital technology has become so pervasive and deeply ingrained in every aspect of life that we take its presence for granted.
