Heavy textbooks could soon be a learning tool of the past for North Dakota University students. The Higher Education Funding Committee discusses partnering with the University of Minnesota to access an online Open Textbook library. Students would be able to visit the website and download their course materials. They could then view the digital files, or print them out.
