4 reasons sequestration will be worse in 2014 - Leada Gore, All Alabama
Sequestration's across the board cuts will be more severe in 2014 as the temporary solutions employed by many agencies to lessen its effects won't be available in the coming year. Those are among the findings in a new Center for American Progress report looking at the impact sequestration will have in the coming year. In many cases, the short-term measures were taken to lessen the amount of furlough time employees were forced to take and the end of what the report calls "budget gimmicks" will mean more days of unpaid leave this year.
