States Search for a Better Way to Regulate Online Universities - Tanya Roscorla, Center for Digital Education

Many U.S. states regulate who provides online education to their residents to ensure consumers aren't getting stiffed — and now a group of states is brainstorming how to make the process of regulating these online universities smoother and more cost-effective. For the past two years, a team of nine people has been tackling this problem by creating a model agreement.
