Ohio State University is going digital by enhancing teaching and student learning with technology including iPads, iTunes U and iBooks Author. Digital First aims to redesign the campus experience by optimizing wireless and classroom technology and providing faculty the opportunity to offer engaging digital learning content to students, OSU said. The new program will expand on numerous mobile technology programs at the university. For example, iPads are being used by faculty and staff in the College of Social Work. They will be loaned to student-athletes this fall to help them with mentoring and tutoring.
