As the CEO of a manufacturing company that relies both on our workforce of dedicated employees as well as making investments in new technology solutions, I continue to examine whether and when one side will override the other. But I don’t think this will happen. I think we’ll have a continued need for a strong employee workforce in addition to advanced machinery. Technology — both digital and mechanical — is changing the way we work.
