Engaging Faculty in Online Education - Karen H. Sibley and Ren Whitaker, EDUCAUSE Review

By drawing on direct experience, facilitating learning from peers, and exploring engagement practices, Brown University's online development team is creating an online learning "adoption wave" among faculty. The online development team continues to introduce ways of helping faculty and senior administrators more fully understand and expand on the opportunities online learning presents.
