The pandemic has permanently altered the labor market and many people currently unemployed or furloughed will never return to their old jobs. Businesses, non-profits, and higher-education institutions are partnering to provide the training people need to succeed in the post-pandemic economy and beyond. It has always been important for workers to learn new skills throughout their careers.
