Developing Institutional Cloud Strategies - Mara Hancock,et al: EDUCAUSE Review

Chief information officers expect a shift within the next five years, from primarily managing infrastructure and technical resources toward managing outside relationships. Increasing acceptance of increasingly available cloud technologies and services allow redefining higher education's approach to enterprise IT.
